Coriander seeds

Coriander seeds

Wikipedia says all parts of the coriander plant are edible. I am only familiar with the many uses of the leaves and seeds.

Coriander seeds are not always available in supermarkets but you will find them in 99% of the wet markets. Most vegetables sell them. As a trivia, my grandmother made my brother take baths with coriander-infused water when he caught chicken pox. The coriander is supposed to hasten the period of illness. Whether that’s a medical fact or old wives’ tale, I have no idea.
